The spectator line is marked in red. All spectator boats must stay
behind this line during testing and racing on Saturday and Sunday.
It's first come, first served so come early to get the best viewing
spots along the course. Patrol and enforcement will be provided by the
U.S. Coast Guard, local law enforcement agencies and the Louisiana
Wildlife and Fisheries Resources Agency.
